From a requirement to a system that runs
Our services are organised around business value rather than technology stacks. Each can be engaged on its own or combined into a complete programme.
Custom software development
Systems and applications designed around a specific workflow, replacing scattered spreadsheets, chat threads and manual handoffs.
When off-the-shelf software does not fit the process and people end up moving data between tools by hand, building is often the cheaper option. We start by mapping the existing process, design the data model and permission structure, and deliver a system your team is willing to use.
What you get
- Requirements documentation and feature list
- Prototypes and interface design
- Web / mini program / mobile applications
- Admin console and role-based permissions
- Integration with third-party systems
- Source code, deployment docs and user guide
Typical stack
AI & data services
Large language models and data capability connected to real operations, producing measurable gains rather than a demo.
We help identify where AI actually pays off, then run the full path: data preparation, model integration, evaluation and production rollout. Alongside that we handle data governance and visualisation, so information scattered across systems becomes a dashboard you can decide from.
What you get
- AI opportunity and feasibility assessment
- LLM applications and intelligent support agents
- RAG knowledge bases and document Q&A
- Data collection, cleaning and governance
- Operational dashboards and reporting
- Workflow automation and agent orchestration
Typical stack
Internet products & technical services
Complete support for products from zero to one, plus engineering capacity when your team is stretched.
From product planning and interface design to deployment and long-term operations, we cover the product lifecycle. Teams that already have engineers can also buy our capacity by the day as an extension of their own.
What you get
- Product planning and scope definition
- UI / UX design and design systems
- Corporate sites, brand sites and SEO
- Cloud server deployment and launch support
- Monitoring, backup and performance tuning
- Remote or on-site engineering outsourcing

How a project moves
Every stage has a concrete output, so you always know where the project stands.
- 01
Discovery
One session, online or in person, to understand the current process, the pain and the goal.
- 02
Proposal & quote
A feature list, technical approach, timeline and a firm quote — then we sign.
- 03
Design & build
Milestone-based delivery with working demos at every stage, so direction can be adjusted early.
- 04
Launch & operate
Deployment, handover of source code and docs, warranty-period maintenance and further iteration.
Less theory, more things you can actually use
Requirements first
We map the business process before deciding what to build, so features exist for a reason.
Full-stack delivery
Design, frontend, backend, data and deployment in one place — no coordinating between vendors.
Transparent collaboration
Milestones, regular progress updates, and complete handover of source code and documentation.
Support that lasts
Launch is the start. We stay on for iteration, incident response and technical guidance.
Questions people ask before we start
Who do you usually work with?
Small and mid-sized companies, startups, and organisations with a clear need for a business system. Whether it is a first step into digitalisation or an existing system that needs rebuilding, extending or connecting to AI, we can take it on.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A mini program or corporate site is typically 2–4 weeks; a complete business management system is usually 1–3 months; AI projects depend on how ready the data is. You get a concrete schedule after the first conversation.
How is pricing calculated?
Either a fixed project price or a day rate. Once requirements are agreed, the quote is fixed — no mid-project surprises. Changes in scope are re-estimated and confirmed in writing.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. On acceptance we hand over the full source code, deployment documentation and operating notes. IP ownership is stated explicitly in the contract.
Is there support after launch?
Yes. Delivery includes a warranty period with free defect fixes, after which you can take an annual operations and iteration plan or request support as needed.
Can you do only part of the work?
Certainly. We take standalone engagements for UI design, deployment, performance tuning or AI integration, and we also work as an extension of an in-house team.
We are not in Longyan — can we still work together?
Yes. Our collaboration is primarily online: reviews, demos and handover all work remotely. Within Fujian we are also happy to meet on site.
